Summary The Payroll Compliance Analyst will play a critical role in supporting payroll compliance operations for the region. This includes addressing payroll tax queries, providing operational and client escalation support, conducting in-depth research to facilitate global expansion projects, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of compliance documentation. The ideal candidate will have robust payroll knowledge, preferably across multiple countries, and demonstrate the ability to research and interpret payroll regulations in various jurisdictions.

Hands-on payroll processing experience is a valuable asset.

Responsibilities Collaborate with the Payroll Compliance team and other internal divisions to understand and document country-specific payroll compliance requirements.

Conduct research to support global expansion projects and ensure compliance with local payroll tax laws across the region.

Compile and maintain country-specific payroll knowledge bases and compliance blueprints.

Provide guidance on general payroll tax queries and compliance matters within the region.

Support client escalations by investigating issues, identifying root causes, and proposing solutions.

Assist in drafting and reviewing compliance documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Communicate with internal teams, external partners to gather and disseminate payroll compliance information.
