Tank Recruitment is seeking an IT Field Service Engineer to support internal users across multiple sites, travelling between sites to install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops and networked equipment. You will resolve issues remotely and on-site, ensuring SLAs are met and documentation is up to date.
The role requires strong customer service, proactive problem solving, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, dispersed environment.
