Role overviewDue to the expansion of our residential conveyancing department, we have an opportunity for a Conveyancer to join our team in Burton and Derby.
We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our busy Residential Conveyancing team who will be experienced in a broad range of freehold and leasehold matters.
What we are looking for- Ideally 3-5 years PQE
- Confident in managing a busy mixed caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases with minimal supervision
- Have exceptional client care skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and professionalism.
