We are looking for a 2-3 PQE lawyer to join the dynamic and collaborative legal team at one of the world’s leading research, educational, and professional publishers.

• Provide legal support across a broad range of commercial and publishing matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on diverse commercial agreements, templates, terms and conditions, and related arrangements.
• Advise on publishing and media law issues.
• Work on international licensing and distribution agreements, supporting global business initiatives.

• Experience in intellectual property, particularly copyright and licensing.
• A collaborative, approachable style and excellent communication skills.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting abilities, combined with commercial awareness.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, vibrant environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creativity and persistence in problem-solving.
