our Euro Direct team as a Road Logistics Cross Border Specialist and become the central link between our branches, internal stakeholders, and key customers. If you thrive in a fast‑paced logistics environment and love keeping operations running smoothly, this role is for you.

How you create impact

Act as the main internal contact for all key account inquiries and daily communication.

Manage, obtain, and monitor transport bookings, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Coordinate closely with internal departments and branches to ensure seamless cross‑border transport execution.

Track shipments, proactively managing exceptions and communicating updates where needed.

Maintain accurate account profiles, SOPs, and handling instructions.

Prepare regular and ad hoc performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Support tenders, customer reviews, and the implementation of new business requirements.

Source competitive rates from suppliers and ensure accurate data entry into internal systems.
