How you create impact

As National LTL/FTL Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and profitable growth across the national LTL/FTL business. You will ensure seamless transportation operations, high service quality, and continuous productivity improvements while developing a strong and sustainable carrier network. Acting as a key interface between Operations, Sales, and external partners, you will support business growth initiatives, strengthen customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with company standards and operational best practices.

Drive profitable growth and operational performance within national LTL/FTL operations

Ensure high service quality and effective deviation management to improve customer satisfaction

Improve operational processes and increase productivity within dispatch and operations teams

Develop and manage a strong carrier management strategy with subcontractors and transport partners

Support Sales teams by enabling operational solutions for new business opportunities

Monitor operational KPIs, analyse performance trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure compliance with company standards, operational procedures, and quality requirements

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to strengthen operational efficiency and service reliability

Solid understanding of national LTL/FTL transportation and logistics operations

Experience working with Transport Management Systems (TMS) and MS Office applications

Proven analytical skills with the ability to identify and implement operational improvements

Strong teamwork and stakeholder management capabilities across all organisational levels

Hands-on mentality with the ability to react effectively in challenging operational situations
