We're now seeking an experience Flow Controller to play a pivotal role in driving this next chapter of our journey.

WHAT YOU'LL DOManage warehouse order flow, ensuring outbound orders are allocated, monitored, and delivered in line with customer requirements and dispatch deadlines

Investigate and resolve operational issues, including stock discrepancies, short shipments, outbound errors, and automation faults

Support labour and operational planning, including workforce allocation, Kronos administration, and trailer planning

Coordinate inbound activity, maintaining schedules, monitoring stock flow, and resolving inbound enquiries and discrepancies

Produce operational reports and maintain key trackers, providing performance data and management information to support decision-making and continuous improvementTHIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO Warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience, with strong administrative and organisational skills

Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience is essential, with confidence using operational systems and managing data accurately

Automation experience is essential, with the ability to identify and investigate system or process issues

Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to resolve problems, produce reports, and work effectively with stakeholdersWHY JOIN US?
