We're now seeking multiple experienced Inventory FLMs to play a pivotal role in driving this next chapter of our journey.

WHAT YOU'LL DOLeading inventory control activities, including cycle counts, stocktakes, reconciliations, investigations, and audits to maintain high levels of stock accuracy

Managing inventory discrepancies across warehouse, customer and ERP systems, implementing corrective actions and driving continuous improvement

Ensuring robust governance of customer-owned inventory, with accurate reporting, traceability and accountability

Building strong customer relationships, managing inventory escalations, and providing performance reporting against contractual KPIsSupporting audit compliance, financial controls, and inventory improvement initiatives across the operation.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO Experience in inventory management within a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment

Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and warehouse management systems (WMS)
Analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel proficiency and problem-solving capabilityA proactive, detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement WHY JOIN US?
