SBD is seeking a Health & Safety Leader to drive a proactive safety culture across its UK manufacturing facilities. You will craft and lead H&S strategy, policies and standards, ensure compliance with RAMS, PPE and site requirements, and deliver training and inductions.
You will also manage facilities and maintenance, implement PKIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives in H&S, facilities and maintenance while reporting to senior leadership.
