Valeter Car & Van

Our business , based in Chorley is home to a fleet of over 1300 commercial vehicles providing nationwide coverage and offers a varied, constantly changing workload. It is a busy, exciting place to be and you can be sure that you will not ever be looking for something to do. We are looking for 5 new people to join us as a valeter .

A driving licence would be an advantage. Hours are 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities Include:

Inspect returned commercial vehicles and identify any damage, defects, missing equipment, or compliance issues. Carry out vehicle valeting and cleaning to ensure vehicles meet company presentation standards. Complete pre-hire inspections and quality checks. Liaise with workshop, operations, and fleet teams to prioritise vehicle preparation activities. Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company Health & Safety policies. Maintain a clean and organised work environment.

A strong team player An ability to work well under pressure. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively. Experience working in vehicle preparation, or a similar environment would be preferred but would consider someone with the ultimate can-do attitude and the confidence to deliver a great service. Pay is Weekly at £12.71 per hour
