- Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 basic per annum (DOE) + team performance bonus
- Hours: Monday to Friday schedule + Saturdays operated on a fair team rota basis

Role OverviewSeeking a versatile Vehicle Technician / Workshop Mechanic to join our friendly workshop crew. You will be responsible for executing routine servicing, safety inspections, pre-MOT health checks, and core mechanical repairs across a wide mix of customer and light commercial vehicles to high industry standards.
Requirements- NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent time-served garage background).
- Hands-on experience working on a wide mix of makes, models, and light commercial vehicles.
- Valid DVSA MOT Smart Card is preferred (commands a higher starting salary), but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.
- Base: Derby Area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategic location with straightforward access via the A50, A52, A38, and M1 (Junctions 24/25), offering quick daily commutes across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
- Public Transport: Excellent connections via Derby mainline rail station and regional bus services.
