We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor / Site Manager to oversee a healthcare project in Derby. This is a long-term opportunity with 6 months of work initially and additional projects lined up for the right person.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Day-to-day supervision of mechanical works on a healthcare site

* Managing mechanical subcontractors and direct labour

* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to programme

* Coordinating with the main contractor, site teams, and other trades

* Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality control
Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Site Manager

* SSSTS (Essential)

* Strong understanding of mechanical services within healthcare environments

* Ability to manage labour, progress, and site documentation

* Excellent communication and leadership skills
