Health & Safety Manager - Rolls Royce Contract

• £44,000 per annum & Company Vehicle
• 40 hours per week
• National Travel Required to various sites

• Delivery of H&S performance indicators
• Delivery of Food, health and safety & Allergen performance indicators
• Delivery of proactive internal auditing
• Delivery of reactive audits and interventions as required
• Operational engagement
• Coaching and support of all teams to create a culture of safety

• Workplace Safety:
  Oversee and maintain the Compass Workplace Safety Management System, ensuring that operational safety standards are consistently met.
• Work proactively with managers and key staff to develop and sustain a continuous improvement program for HSE management. This includes conducting regular audits, inspections, and spot checks, preparing risk assessments, and facilitating team training activities.
• To provide competent advice, guidance and support to operational teams to enable them to carry out their HSE responsibilities.
• Incident Investigation:
  Investigate food safety and safety incidents, ensuring that they are properly reported and that improvements are implemented.
• Liaise with enforcement agencies when required.
• Assist in the periodic programme of monitoring and auditing of compliance with relevant Compass Policies and Procedures
