Registered Manager Family Assessment Unit Derby (DE1) £47,008 £ 58,240 per annum We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and driven Registered Manager to lead a Family Assessment Unit in Derby (DE1). This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader with experience in residential and/or assessment services who is passionate about safeguarding, quality standards, and supporting families to achieve positive outcomes.

About the Role As the Registered Manager, you will hold Ofsted registration and full legal accountability for the service. You will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of the assessment/residential unit, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and evidence-based practice are delivered at all times. You will oversee staff, budgets, resources, and operational performance, ensuring that families receive high-quality support within a safe, structured, and homely environment.
