The business is focused on strengthening profitable growth, modernising its omnichannel capability, improving customer engagement, and creating stronger alignment between commercial performance and operational execution.

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Commercial Officer to lead this transformation. This is not a traditional sales leadership role. We are looking for a commercially ambitious, highly engaged leader who can unite all revenue-generating and customer-facing functions behind a clear strategy for growth, performance, and execution. The successful candidate will take ownership of all areas connected to revenue, customer experience, trading performance, and brand growth across retail, digital, wholesale, international markets, marketing, and customer engagement.

This role requires someone who combines strategic capability with operational intensity a leader who can define direction, inspire teams, challenge underperformance, remove blockers, and drive pace and accountability across the organisation.

The Role As Chief Commercial Officer, you will take ownership of the commercial performance of the business, with particular focus on:
Revenue growth across all channels Market expansion and customer acquisition Commercial profitability and margin improvement Omnichannel customer experience Brand desirability and customer engagement Cross-functional alignment between commercial, operations, and finance Building a high-performing commercial culture You will play a central role in shaping wider business strategy, ensuring that customer insight, trading performance, and commercial priorities directly influence operational planning and long-term growth.

This role demands both strategic leadership and highly engaged day-to-day operational management.

Key Responsibilities Commercial Leadership & Growth Lead and integrate all commercial and customer-facing functions across the business Develop and deliver a clear multi-channel commercial growth strategy aligned to business objectives Drive sustainable growth across retail, e-commerce, wholesale, and international channels Create stronger alignment between channels to deliver a consistent customer and brand experience Build clear accountability for commercial performance throughout the organisation Take ownership of forecasting, trading performance, and growth delivery Omnichannel Performance Lead the ongoing development of a modern omnichannel commercial model Improve performance across all direct-to-consumer channels Drive improvements in conversion, customer retention, transaction value, and full-price sell-through Support the evolution of digital capability, CRM, loyalty, and customer acquisition strategy Ensure retail operations deliver strong commercial discipline alongside premium customer experience standards Improve integration between physical retail and digital channels International & Wholesale Development Lead wholesale and international growth strategy Strengthen relationships with existing partners while identifying new market opportunities Drive commercially disciplined international expansion Improve customer retention and long-term account performance Support growth across key strategic international markets Marketing, Brand & Customer Engagement Lead marketing and brand communications strategy to strengthen brand desirability and commercial effectiveness Ensure marketing investment delivers measurable commercial return Develop a more data-led approach to customer acquisition and retention Champion strong brand storytelling, heritage positioning, and customer engagement Ensure consistency of brand presentation and messaging across all channels Oversee customer service standards to deliver a premium customer…
