The Gym opens 7 days per week, and you will work on 5 of those days.
Role OverviewYou will work closely with the Operations Manager and Site Owner to ensure the smooth running of the facility and supervise the dedicated team of staff. Team working is an essential attribute.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure smooth running of the facility.
- Supervise staff and coordinate their activities.
- Coordinate with Operations Manager and Site Owner.
- Maintain customer service excellence to uphold the status of Ultra Flex Derby.
- Manage stock taking and inventory.
- Work flexible shifts, including opening the Gym at 5am and closing at 10pm as required.
- Proven leader with great managerial skills and sales drive.
- Experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Experience dealing with stock taking.
- IT confident and able to use the gym's systems.
- Strong organisational skills, self-motivated, hardworking, professional, passionate, problem-solving and detail-oriented.
- Health and fitness-minded and willing to work flexible shifts.
