Description

Oversee and manage logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate production and delivery of goods.
Develop and implement strategies to optimise supply chain processes.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to maintain stock accuracy.
Lead and support the logistics team to achieve operational targets and maintain high performance standards.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse and transport operations.
Analyse operational data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer delivery expectations.
Handle logistical challenges and implement cost-effective solutions to enhance efficiency.

Profile

A successful Operations Manager should have:

Experience in logistics and operations within the Ecommerce, Print on demand, Copack or Value added services industry.
Confidence leading a new operation with limited support
Experience in a new start up warehouse environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
Proficiency in analysing data to drive process improvements.
Sound knowledge of of warehouse, inventory and carrier management.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining operational excellence.
Understanding of health and safety regulations in logistics environments.
