Blue Steps Connect seeks a dynamic Chief Executive to guide the organisation through its next phase. You will lead externally, set strategy, drive performance, and steward critical partnerships with governments, funders, multilateral bodies, and civil society to accelerate progress toward ending child marriage.
Reporting to the Board, you will represent the client, open new alliances and resources, and build internal clarity, culture, and capability to deliver impact in a changing landscape.
