Location: South Derbyshire
Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an Area Manager for a high‑volume Fulfillment Center. You will lead a team of 80–120 associates, drive training and motivation, and ensure safe, efficient operations that meet customer expectations.
In this role you will coordinate across cross‑functional teams, promote process improvements, uphold inventory accuracy, and share best practices across the network. Flexibility for weekends and night shifts is expected; a Bachelor's degree is required.
