Service Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Service Manager at a reputable main dealership in Derby, Derbyshire.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Manager to lead a busy and well-established aftersales department, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing daily departmental operations, driving customer satisfaction beyond manufacturer targets, monitoring performance and profitability, ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company standards, and leading and developing the Service team. The successful individual will also be responsible for managing budgets and maintaining a safe, professional working environment, in collaboration with senior management to meet business objectives.Benefits
