This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to lead a team of Probate Legal Advisors, combining technical expertise with strong people leadership to deliver excellent client outcomes and departmental performance.Key

ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership

Manage, motivate and develop a team of up to 8 Probate Legal Advisors.
Drive performance against team targets and KPIs.
Conduct regular one-to-ones, performance reviews and coaching sessions.
Identify training needs and support ongoing professional development.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding and retention of team members.
Work collaboratively with other managers to ensure departmental success.

Legal & Compliance

Provide technical supervision and support to the team.
Maintain a small personal caseload of probate matters.
