Project Manager

My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Project Manager to join their team on a civil engineering project in Derby, with an immediate start available. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to take responsibility for the successful delivery of the project.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

* Overall responsibility for project delivery

* Managing project programmes and budgets

* Client and stakeholder liaison

* Managing subcontractors and site teams

* Health and safety compliance

* Managing RAMS, permits and project documentation

* Monitoring progress and commercial performance

* Managing project risks and reporting

* Ensuring works are delivered on programme, within budget and to specification

* Leading project meetings and providing regular progress updates

Project Manager Requirements:

* Black or Gold CSCS

* SMSTS

* Previous experience managing civil engineering projects

* Strong civil engineering background

* Experience managing subcontractors and site teams

* Strong programme and commercial management experience

* Good understanding of health and safety and quality requirements

* IT literate

* Full UK driving licence
