We are looking for a driven individual with a proven track record in estate agency who can lead a team, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team Driving valuations, instructions, and property sales Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers Ensuring branch targets and KPIs are achieved Identifying new business opportunities and generating revenue Maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance Requirements:
Previous experience in Estate Agency management Strong leadership and people management skills Proven track record of winning instructions and driving sales Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware Full UK driving license What's on
