This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Business Services professional to take the next step into an Associate Director position, managing a varied portfolio of clients, mentoring junior staff, and playing a key role in the continued growth of the department.

What is the day-to-day of the role:
Manage a diverse portfolio of business services clients, including accounts preparation and compliance work Review the work of junior team members, providing guidance, feedback and technical support Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact Support business development activity and contribute to the growth of the department Oversee statutory accounts and management accounts to a high standard of accuracy

Required Skills and Qualifications:

ACA or ACCA qualified with significant post qualification experience Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and current accounting standards Excellent communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop junior team members Benefits:
