This is a senior, hands-on opportunity for an ambitious property professional with a strong commercial mindset, looking to take ownership of branch performance, win new business, and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

The Role As a Branch Manager / Valuer, you will:
Take a senior, hands-on role in the management and growth of the branch Carry out market appraisals and secure new property instructions Drive new business and increase market share across the local area Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, applicants, and local clients Manage and develop the branch sales pipeline Lead by example, supporting, mentoring, and developing the wider team Identify opportunities to grow revenue through business development and referrals Oversee the sales process from instruction through to completion Develop strong relationships with local businesses and professional contacts Contribute to the overall profitability and strategic growth of the branch Deliver exceptional customer service while representing a premium property brand Branch Manager / Valuer Requirements:
Proven experience within residential estate agency, ideally at Branch Manager or Senior Valuer level Strong track record of winning instructions and generating new business Experience valuing and marketing residential property Excellent knowledge of the Norfolk property market Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills Commercially focused with an entrepreneurial approach Ability to develop a branch and grow its local market presence Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Professional and polished presentation Strong focus on customer service and business development Full UK driving licence What's on Offer?
