Services Manager

This role leads the Neighbourhood Officer team at Saffron Housing Trust. The work covers tenancy and estate management, anti-social behaviour casework, safeguarding, complaints, resident engagement and service improvement. It is built around performance data, partnership working and visible leadership to sustain tenancies and well-managed neighbourhoods. A Basic DBS check is required, and a CIH Level 4 qualification is valued but not essential.

• Lead the Neighbourhood Officer team
• Oversee tenancy and estate management
• Oversee anti-social behaviour casework
• Oversee safeguarding
• Oversee complaints handling
• Lead resident engagement
• Drive service improvement using performance insight
• Build strong partnerships with colleagues, residents and partners
• Provide visible leadership
• Support sustainable tenancies and positive outcomes for residents
• Deliver safe, responsive and customer-focused tenancy and neighbourhood services

• Significant experience in housing management or customer-facing services in social housing or a similar setting
• Experience managing complex tenancy, anti-social behaviour, safeguarding or neighbourhood issues

• Strong people leadership to coach, motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Confidence using performance data and resident feedback to improve services
• Excellent communication and the ability to build trusted relationships with colleagues, tenants and partners
• Resilience and collaboration, with a commitment to safe, compliant, tenant-centred services

• Basic DBS check

• Housing management qualification such as CIH Level 4, or the ability to obtain one
