- Develop, create and improve manufacturing processes to meet production requirements.
- Investigate root cause of non-conforming parts and ensure corrective action is carried out and preventative action has been implemented.
- Support throughput of production and NPI work
- Creation and maintenance of SOPs in support of manufacturing and production activities.
- Accomplished working within a similar Manufacturing Engineer role, improving processes and methods of manufacturer
- Knowledge and experience of fabrication and/or machining
- Well versed dealing working within a highly regulated industry
- 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, increasing by 5 days after 1 years' service
