Composite Laminator
Location:
Derby (Commutable from Nottingham, Burton, Long Eaton, Alfreton)
Pay: £18.00 – £19.00 per hour
Hours:
Mon–Thurs: 07:30–16:30
Fri: 07:30–12:30
Contract Type:
Temporary ongoing (minimum 8 weeks)

The Role
We are recruiting Composite Laminators to support a major new project. This is a temporary ongoing role with an initial minimum commitment of 8 weeks, with the potential for extension based on project demand.
You will be working on high-profile programmes, including Aston Martin and F1 projects, within a clean, professional production environment.
Key responsibilities:
* Hand lay-up and prepreg laminating of composite components
* Working from engineering drawings and specifications
* Trimming, bonding and finishing composite parts
* Ensuring quality standards are consistently met
* Supporting live production schedules
About You
* Minimum 2 years’ composite laminating experience
* Experience in automotive, motor sport, aerospace or F1 desirable
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances
* Reliable and committed to high-quality workmanship
* Willing to learn and work as part of a team
