Composite Kit Cutter

My client, a leading supplier of composite components to F1, motor sport, automotive, aerospace, defence and marine requires an experienced composite kit cutter. This is a contract role outside IR35 working day shifts, Monday to Friday, with overtime available. Responsibilities:
Operate cutting machine to cut kits for production staff. Re-nest kits to cut efficiently to avoid material waste. Ensure material is stored correctly and temperature history is recorded. Ensure kits are cut according to customer delivery schedules. De-weed cut patterns, pre-stick plies, and kit accurately to part/serial numbers. Control material stock, ensure it is in date, and always have sufficient stock.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a kit cutter in F1, motor sport or aerospace. Previous experience as composite laminator or trimmer would be advantageous. Ability to work methodically and follow procedures. Ability to work with accuracy and with a high attention to detail.
