****************** What will this role achieve?
****************** We are looking for a Machine Minder who will be responsible for reporting and resolving any issues related to the Wrapping Machine.

Must have a can do attitude and committed to maintaining high standards in a dynamic team. Will move lines across the factory as and when required.
****************** What will be your key deliverables?
******************* Carry out all pre-start checks.
* Ensure the product meets the correct quality and specification.
* Understand equipment and machinery setup requirements.
* Complete changeovers according to procedure.
* Follow rework procedures as required.
* Track and maintain product consistency by adjusting machinery settings when needed.
* Complete all documentation to the required standard.
* Maintain factory standards safely at all times.
* Complete shift handovers in line with area requirements and the agreed agenda.
* Support the training and development of colleagues and new employees.
* Ensure the team understands the daily task plan.
* Communicate with the relevant person to resolve issues.
* Work in a fast-paced, noisy, and warm environment.
* Take part in discussions on process improvements, including DSOP.
* Replace film rolls on the wrapping machine.
* Adjust wrapper settings to maintain product quality and consistency.
* Perform regular compliance checks to ensure compliance with specifications.****#
