Northern Leaf is seeking an experienced Head of Production to lead production, post-harvest, engineering, maintenance and facility operations at its GMP/GACP-regulated medical cannabis site in Jersey.
Reporting to the COO, the role will oversee production teams, environmental controls, equipment, compliance, documentation and operational continuity.
This is a senior leadership position requiring strong regulatory knowledge and proven capacity to manage cross-disciplinary teams.
