Production Manager - Days

39 hrs per week, working days (flexible start/finish times) and half day Friday - Lots of Overtime Available!

This is an opportunity to join a market-leading precision manufacturing business that supplies mission-critical components to globally recognised customers across the aerospace, defence and advanced engineering sectors. As part of this ongoing success, they are looking to appoint a Production Manager to lead a team of approximately 30 employees within a fast-paced, multi-shift manufacturing environment.

The Role

Reporting into senior operations leadership, you will take ownership of daily manufacturing performance, ensuring targets for safety, quality, delivery and productivity are consistently achieved. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a visible presence on the shop floor, supporting, coaching and developing your team while driving operational excellence across the department.

Working closely with planning, engineering and quality functions, you will oversee production activities, manage resource allocation and help deliver continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
