Manufacturing Team Leader

We have a vacancy within our Manufacturing Department and are currently recruiting for the role of Manufacturing Team Leader. We are looking for candidates who have relevant and proven experience seeking an opportunity to develop their skills and join a growing Organisation.

Shift Pattern: 39 hours each week with a flexible starting time between 07:00 and 08:00 Monday to Friday, with a flexible finish time between 16:00 and 17:00 Monday to Thursday, and on a Friday, a finish time of 12.00. You will be entitled to a 30-minute unpaid lunch break between 12:00 and 12:30 Monday to Thursday. Additionally, you will have a 10-minute paid break each morning Monday to Friday and a 10-minute paid break each afternoon Monday to Thursday.

Role Accountabilities:

Operational Control

• Support the internal customer (Manufacturing Manager) by aligning with shared agreed objectives on EHS, Quality, Cost and Delivery and participating in the Operational Control model.
• Responsible for conducting the designated daily departmental walk the floor routine, engage with the team and address issues promptly.
• Own the departments scheduling board and work with the production coordinator to have full control of the departments scheduling list.
