The Night Shift - Head Production Chef will lead and manage production and prepping of meals in a fast-growing start-up environment. You will establish operational processes, ensure consistent output quality, and scale daily production from launch to several thousand meals per day.
You will oversee day-to-day kitchen activities, implement HACCP and health & safety practices, train staff, manage budgets, stock control and rosters to match production needs in a high-volume facility.
