Job Description We are currently recruiting for a Glass Manufacturing Operative to join a fast-paced production environment in Wellingborough. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn new skills. Previous experience in the glass industry is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities Operating manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently Conducting quality checks to ensure high production standards are maintained Manual handling and safe handling of glass products Supporting general production and operational tasks as required What We’re Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Awareness and commitment to health & safety practices Requirements Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks Ability to work consistently in a production environment Previous manufacturing or glass industry experience is helpful but not essential What’s on Offer Full training provided Opportunity for a permanent position Stable weekday working hours (no weekends) Immediate start available If you are motivated, dependable, and ready to start immediately, we would love to hear from you.
