Avara Foods Ltd is seeking a Production Section Manager for its Caistor site. The role is based in a busy FMCG factory with a Sunday-Wednesday and Monday-Tuesday shift pattern.
You will lead a team to meet KPIs, ensure safety, quality and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement across your section. The successful candidate will have proven people management skills, experience in production environments, and excellent communication with stakeholders.
