Print Production Manager

Join evo and lead a high-performing print production operation At evo, we're looking for an experienced Print Production Manager to oversee our in-house print production function, ensuring customer projects are delivered on time, to the highest quality standards, and through the most efficient processes possible. This role is based in Derby and reports into the Systems & Process Manager. As a key leader within our Print team, you'll manage production workflows, people, equipment, service partners and performance metrics, ensuring operational excellence across every stage of the print process.

What you'll be doing Leading and developing the print production team Scheduling and prioritising jobs to meet customer delivery deadlines Managing workflow across account management, design, pre-press, production, finishing and distribution Driving quality assurance standards and continuous improvement initiatives Managing equipment maintenance, servicing and supplier relationships Monitoring production performance and reporting against key operational KPIs Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements Maximising equipment and resource utilisation while minimising downtime What we're looking for Essential Proven experience within a digital print production environment Previous experience managing and developing production teams Strong knowledge of print production processes Technical understanding of print presses and colour management Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills A focus on quality, efficiency and customer service Desirable Working knowledge of Web-to-Print solutions Why join evo?
