Global Marketing Intern: Social Media & Mandarin; Unpaid

New Homes Hub is a UK property technology platform dedicated exclusively to new build and newly built homes. We work with leading developers, estate agents and build-to-rent operators, helping buyers and renters discover new homes through an innovative digital platform.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience within a fast-growing startup, working directly with the founders and contributing to real marketing initiatives that support our international growth.

• Create, manage and optimise content across Xiaohongshu (Red Note),
  Douyin
  , We Chat , Linked In and other relevant social media platforms.
• Support the planning and execution of international marketing campaigns.
• Translate and adapt marketing content between English and Mandarin.
• Research market trends, competitors and consumer behaviour.
• Produce marketing reports and strategic insights.
• Engage with online communities and help grow brand awareness.
• Contribute creative ideas to support New Homes Hub's international expansion.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Passionate about digital marketing, social media and content creation.
• Familiar with Xiaohongshu (Red Note),
  Douyin and We Chat .
• Creative, proactive and eager to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
