Hybrid Job Type: Temporary About the Role We are looking for a proactive Marketing Specialist to support marketing activities across the UK & Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing B2B technology business where you will help increase brand awareness, generate demand, and support sales pipeline growth through integrated marketing campaigns. Working closely with regional, EMEA and global marketing teams, as well as sales and partners, you will deliver a broad mix of digital, content and event marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Build and manage marketing campaigns, landing pages and email programmes from creation through to lead handover. Deliver webinars from planning and promotion through to live delivery and on-demand follow-up. Organise and execute customer and prospect events, including executive dinners, workshops and networking events. Partner with sales teams to develop marketing activity aligned to commercial objectives. Create engaging marketing copy for emails, landing pages and social media.

Support the delivery of flagship regional events alongside the wider events team. Adapt and optimise global marketing content for the UK & Ireland market while collaborating with international marketing teams, agencies and freelancers. Support the day-to-day operations of the regional marketing function, identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency. Track campaign performance and contribute ideas to improve marketing effectiveness and lead generation.

About You You will be an organised, creative marketer with experience delivering successful B2B marketing campaigns and events. You enjoy working across multiple projects, building relationships with stakeholders, and using data to improve results. Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years' experience in regional, field or demand generation marketing within a B2B software, SaaS or technology environment. Experience delivering digital marketing campaigns and customer events.

Good understanding of B2B marketing channels, lead generation and campaign performance metrics. Strong copywriting and communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Experience using Marketo, Salesforce (SFDC) and Zoom Webinars. Knowledge of Bizzabo, Power BI, Coupa, 6sense, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Contentful or Smartling would be advantageous. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
