Alzheimer's Society is seeking a warm, organized Group Facilitator to support Worcestershire's dementia community. This 21-hour-per-week, permanent role involves coordinating welcoming groups and activities for people living with dementia and their carers across Worcestershire, with travel required.
You will help run Carers' groups, Singing for the Brain and CRISP sessions, while recruiting and supporting volunteers and maintaining records.
