Join the Community Planned Care Business Unit. You will provide care across multiple community hospital outpatient departments, including Long Eaton, Ilkeston, Heanor, Ripley, St Oswald's in Ashbourne and Florence Nightingale Hospital, Derby.
Job SummaryThis Band 5 Registered Nurse role involves cross‑site working. Key aspects include delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care, working independently and as part of a team, and travelling between sites. A valid UK car licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
Main Duties- Cross‑site support for outpatient services at all community sites.
- Provide nursing care in diverse clinical specialties.
- Deliver patient education and discharge planning.
- Document patient care accurately and comply with NHS policies.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

- Experience of having worked within an NHS setting (desirable).
- Experience of having worked within an outpatient environment (desirable).
- Car driver with full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
- Evidence of clear communication skills, written and verbal (desirable).
