We’re looking for a Nurse Specialist to join our client’s dynamic team, supporting Critical Care departments across the South West
. This is an exciting opportunity to step out of the traditional bedside role and into one where your clinical expertise will have a broader impact – empowering teams, enhancing patient care, and helping shape the future of critical care training.

• Deliver hands-on clinical training and product education to ICU/Critical Care teams
• Be a trusted point of contact, building relationships across departments
• Support the implementation of best practices in a range of clinical settings
• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to identify and solve clinical challenges
• Represent a company that genuinely values education, support, and quality care

• Registered Nurse with significant experience in ICU, ITU or Critical Care – essential
• A natural educator – confident in delivering training and speaking with clinical teams
• A true people person – approachable, empathetic, and able to build trust quickly
• Strong problem‑solving ability and clinical judgement
• Someone who’s passionate about sharing knowledge and improving outcomes
• South West based and willing to travel across the region
