We are always looking for enthusiastic and outgoing people to join our team of regional Membership Recruiters to represent The Wildlife Trusts at local venues and events throughout the year. The aim of the role is to encourage people to join their local Wildlife Trust and support the vital work they do by way of a monthly direct debit.

Whatyou’ll do
As a Membership Recruiter you will work at a variety of pre‑booked venues and events encouraging people to sign up for monthly donations by direct debit to support their local Wildlife Trust and the vital work they do to protect nature and wildlife in the community.
What we offer PayFantastic earning potential with uncapped commission! Our top performers regularly earn in excess of £40 per hour. Average earnings are £17 per hour (£32,000 FTE). You will enjoy a guaranteed minimum hourly rate of £15 during the first 60 days of employment and £13 thereafter.
ContractPermanent, part‑time contracts designed to fit your lifestyle. You will work 3 days per week at a variety of venues and events, pre‑booked by our Venue Coordination Team. You must be ready to work weekends and bank holidays to maximise earning potential.
TrainingFull training and support is provided from day one. Initial induction training is held weekly and includes 4 days of paid training at our head office and in the field.

- You hold a valid driving licence and have access to a car or van; transportation of equipment and materials is essential.
- You are able to work regular weekend days and bank holidays.
- You are warm, friendly and able to engage with all types of people.
- You have excellent communication skills, both spoken and written English.
- You enjoy working in the field rather than sitting behind a desk and are not afraid to work outside in all weathers.
- You are comfortable meeting realistic targets and KPIs.
- You love nature and want to help protect our precious wildlife and wild spaces for future generations.
