Herdsperson

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Herdsperson to join our friendly team on a well-managed 200-cow autumn block-calving dairy farm in the beautiful North Dorset countryside.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with livestock and wants to develop their skills in a progressive dairy farming environment. Whether you're an experienced herdsperson or looking to build your career in the dairy industry, we'd love to hear from you.

• Milking the herd
• Grazing and pasture management
• Assisting the Farm Manager with the day-to-day running of the farm

• Has a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Enjoys working with livestock and takes pride in high standards of animal care
• Can work independently as well as part of a small, supportive team
• Has dairy farming experience (preferred but not essential)
