Medical Law Services (MLS) is seeking a dedicated Quality Auditor to monitor the quality of MLS products and services across our England operations. You will perform routine audits, help develop quality control procedures, and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer expectations.
You’ll be part of a team that audits everything from medical records gathering to pagination services, delivering feedback, and supporting ongoing training to raise standards across MLS teams.
