CV Screen is recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established and growing property management organisation covering the East Midlands. This hybrid, field-based role offers a salary of up to £45,000 plus an excellent benefits package and the opportunity to manage a varied residential property portfolio. Our client has an established reputation within the residential property sector, manages a substantial portfolio of developments, and is committed to delivering exceptional service to leaseholders and residents while continuing to expand across the region.

• Manage a portfolio of residential developments, ensuring full compliance with lease obligations and industry regulations.
• Coordinate contractors and maintenance programmes to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard, including overseeing major works where required.
• Build strong relationships with leaseholders, residents and directors, attending meetings and providing regular property updates.
• Prepare and manage service charge budgets, support the collection of arrears and oversee statutory consultation processes for major works.
