The successful candidate will have previous residential property management experience and, importantly, a strong knowledge of South Kensington and the surrounding areas. Local area experience is essential for this role, with a good understanding of the local property market and the ability to confidently deal with landlords, tenants and contractors.

Overseeing a portfolio of residential lettings from move-in to tenancy end Managing maintenance requests and instructing contractors where required Carrying out routine property visits and preparing inspection reports Negotiating tenancy renewals and tenancy-related matters Monitoring compliance deadlines and ensuring accurate record keeping Building positive relationships with landlords, tenants and suppliers What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
