As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll support the Head and Sous Chefs in the smooth running of the kitchen — maintaining high culinary standards, ensuring consistency, and helping to develop the talented brigade.

• Be innovative and committed with a passion for excellent food, ingredients and service
• Be required to maintain high quality and consistency with a professional “can do” attitude
• Have a background working within fast-paced, fresh food kitchens
• Effectively managing and running the kitchen alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef, whilst also ensuring that the kitchen meets all food safety laws
