THE PIG in the Cotswolds is seeking a passionate Head Chef to lead a 20-strong brigade across our hotel and pub kitchen. This role focuses on crafting seasonal, produce-driven menus rooted in our garden and a 25-mile sourcing ethos.
You will shape culinary direction, mentor chefs at all levels, and drive consistency and quality in a high-volume operation. The ideal candidate will have at least five years as Head Chef in a quality-led environment and a love of British cooking.
