Prezzo Italian is seeking a dynamic Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen and energize a like-minded team. You will partner with the Head Chef to set pace, maintain elite standards, and deliver hospitality magic on every service.
You’ll manage stock, HACCP paperwork, and staff coaching, bringing high energy, a can-do attitude, and a love for Italian food to every shift. Salary is hourly, with perks including free meals and discounts.
